fizzy orange liquid - clean electrolytes

Clean Electrolytes: Tried and Tested Favorites

Back in my running days, finding clean electrolytes was a challenge. I even tried making my own blend with water, lemon juice, honey, and salt for sodium, potassium, vitamin C, and natural sugar. But trust me, it's not worth the effort! Today, I'll share my top three picks available in the market:

Noun Sport

I appreciate its great taste (most flavors work for me) in addition to the fizzy element it adds to water. This clean electrolyte has no artificial flavors or sweeteners here, just high-quality Stevia for sweetness. Plus, it's keto-friendly and contains only 1g of sugar. The tablet form is incredibly convenient for on-the-go use.

Ultima

Available in powder form with various flavors, Ultima is Keto & Sugar-Free, Non-GMO & Vegan. It's a solid sugar-free option, although the powder format might not be as practical as the tablet form. If you prefer fizzy water, it's more like flavored flat water.

Water Drop

This option of a clean electrolyte is my favorite for being sugar-free and offered in tablet form. It contains 9 vitamins and zinc, but be aware—it's not sweet at all. Novak Djokovic, the famous tennis player, is an investor in Water Drop.

Concluding Thoughts

Finding the right electrolytes can be a game-changer for staying hydrated during workouts or daily activities. Each of these brands has its own unique appeal, from taste to formulation, ensuring there's an option for every preference.
