You know how there are late sleepers and early risers? Well, The sleep doctor, Michael Brues , dives deeply into different chronotypes in his best-selling book The Power of When. Where he explains that there are 4 chronotypes:

In his book, he explains how you can work with your body’s inner clock for maximum health, happiness, and productivity.
My chronotype is Lion, Lions tend to wake up very early, but get tired by early evening and tend to miss socializing events (totally me!), I used to work out first thing in the morning, and in his book he actually advises lions to work out in the afternoon, to gain that extra energy and make us able to be more alert and able to socialize in the evening. Not always I can work out in the afternoon, but just delaying my workout to noon has helped me a lot. Also understanding how my body works and what it needs has helped me when taking decisions on how and when to plan things, maximizing my energy and productivity.
