Your Emotions

Do you know that emotions produce vibrations? positive emotions like joy and love have high vibrations, and negative emotions such as anger and jealousy produce lower vibrations. the more we are in the higher vibration, the easier for us to attract what we want. Joy is the ultimate state of attraction, Think of it this way…we attract what we put out there. So, if we are living in a state of joy, we tend to attract happy people and positive experiences that match that vibration.


According to Abraham Hicks, here is the scale of emotions from highest to lowest:

  1. Joy/Appreciation/Empowerment/Freedom/Love
  2.  Passion
  3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
  4. Positive Expectation/Belief
  5.  Optimism
  6.  Hopefulness
  7. Contentment
  8. Boredom
  9. Pessimism
  10. Frustration/Irritation/Impatience
  11. Overwhelmed (feeling overwhelmed)
  12.  Disappointment
  13.  Doubt
  14.  Worry
  15. Blame
  16.  Discouragement
  17. Anger
  18. Revenge
  19. Hatred/Rage
  20.  Jealousy
  21.  Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness
  22.  Fear/Grief/Desperation/Despair/Powerlessness


And according to an NY times bestselling author Gabby Bernstein, in her book “Super Attractor”, you can do a 3 step method to move to a higher vibration state:

  1. Realize you are in a lower vibration state ( for example angry)
  2. Acknowledge & thank your emotion (anger) for letting you know how you feel.
  3. Choose to let go of that emotion, and move to a higher emotional vibration.


The more we practice this, the easier it is for us to climb the scale, and of course, we can’t always jump to joy and love at the top of the scale, but for example, the other day I was on the phone with the doctor and he explained the situation of a close family member, after the call,  I was worried, thinking of worst-case scenarios. I then realized that I was at a vibration level of 14. I thanked my emotion for letting me know how I felt and decided to let it go, so I started writing down what options I have to help with the situation, I was then overwhelmed but the worry has phased off, I was able to see the picture clearly after writing things down and my vibration level climbed to number 11.
