These are the foods that you should eat every day, making up a significant proportion of your diet. They are extremely effective at preventing chronic disease, including cancer, and promoting health and longevity”

 

G - Greens: Cabbage, Sprouts, Spinach, Arugula, and Kale.

B - Beans: Black beans, Green beans, Lentils, and Miso.

O - Onions: Onions, Leeks, Garlic, Shallots, and Chives.

M - Mushrooms: Lionsmane, Maitake, Cardyceps, Reishi.

B - Berries: Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, and Pomegranate

S - Seeds: Flax, Hemp, Chia, and Walnuts.
