How long does shipping take?

Standard carrier: 3-7 business days

Priority carrier: 2-5 business days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping is free, if you would like a priority or an expedited shipping , it will depend on your location and it will be calculated for you when you place your order.

How large is each pill container inside the BlissPod?

The pill container contains 7 individual containers placed on the tray inside, each of these 7 containers measures length: 40.9mm,  width: 21.5mm, and height: 28.2mm. 

What is the best way to clean the BlissPod?

 For all parts of the container, you may either hand wash with water alone or with an organic soap (no chemicals), or clean with a damp towel. Make sure that you dry all parts completely before use by either air drying, or using a towel.  Please avoid using the dishwasher or any chemicals or alcohol to preserve the quality of all parts. For the small daily containers on the tray,  and internal tray part, please don’t put it on heating equipment or in high temperature environment. Avoid storing the BlissPod in the fridge/freezer or any environment that has humidity to preserve the life of the product.

How is this more sustainable if the BlissPod still contains plastic?

When comparing the BlissPod to other means for carrying your supplements, like ziplocks, which takes 1000 years for one plastic bag to degrade in a landfill, or to other pill containers sold in drugstores that are made mostly of lower quality plastic that you will need to buy a new one regularly, and dispose that plastic container in landfills. Where as the BlissPod is made with an aluminum sleeve, the plastic parts are the tray and containers inside, made with highest quality, BPA that will last you a very long time. 

Do I have to pay for returns? What is the return policy?

Our goal is your absolute satisfaction, we offer a free 60 day trial period, if for any reason you don't like our product, we will certainly refund you, please contact us  here (within 60 days from the date of order) and we will send you a return label that you will need to print and attach securely to your returned package, please make sure to: 1. Use the original shipping box that was shipped to you. 2. the label is attached securely to the box with a clear RMA and shipping tracking information. 3. In the contact form please include your order number and the reason for return. Thank you
